Always a warm welcome. Our cats Fizz and Rosie are well looked after in their lovely spacious and spotlessly clean pens.

We recently went to USA for 2 weeks and was terrified to leave our 3 Ragdoll cats anywhere so upon recommendation we checked these out.. we were very pleasantly surprised to discover a homely secure and spotlessly clean kitty haven.. staff and owners are super caring and the kitties were mint when we returned, no weight loss or stress, they even spent time with them and brushed them all 😺 Great value, great people. Check them out ✌️

Pype Hayes Veterinary Centre

1066 Chester Rd, Birmingham B24 0SA, UK – 0121 350 2303

Came here for the first time with our first kitten and was seen by Dr Pegg. Received excellent service and Stephen calmly and clearly gave advice and explained how to properly care for our cat. I felt he really cared and was not rushed at all; all of our questions were answered fully. We took advantage of their new cat special which offers good value. The surgery is clean and well located, some parking available though at busy times I imagine it may be difficult to find a space. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant vets. I had previously been to see 4 different vets (at the same practice) and was unable to get the basic facts and figures required for my lovely dog. I came across this vets on the internet and contacted them. I rang and Chris the vet called me back and, following an in-depth discussion, I took my dog to see Chris. Sadly, it was not a good outcome, but Chris was brilliant and very empathetic and the advice he gave was absolutely in my dog's best interest (not mine) which is what I want from a vet. The prices are extremely reasonable. I would not take any future furry family member anywhere else. Massive thank you to Chris and the team at Pype Hayes for helping through a very difficult and distressing time.

This vets is unbelievable. Such a lovely team. Very professional and trust worthy. Would 100% recommend to anyone that is looking for an excellent E Vet.

We have used this vets for many years. Even though it is a 30 minute drive away and there are closer vets to me I still go there. The vets and all the staff there are great. They really do care about your pets and you too.
